1. Advertising Policy

This site uses Google AdSense for third-party advertisement delivery.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized advertisements based on your interests.

A cookie is a small text file sent to your device by a web server that enables the website to remember information about your browsing activity. First-party cookies are created by the site you are visiting, while third-party cookies are set by domains other than the one you're visiting. Google and its partners may place third-party cookies, tags, beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to monitor interactions with advertisements and optimize ad targeting. Please note that disabling cookies may limit access to certain content and features on the website, and rejecting cookies does not eliminate advertisements but will result in non-personalized advertising.

The following information may be collected, used, and stored in a cookie when serving personalized ads:

  • IP address
  • Operating system type and version
  • Device type
  • Language preferences
  • Web browser type
  • Email (in a hashed or encrypted form)

Google and its partners may use this data in combination with information that has been independently collected to deliver targeted advertisements across various platforms and websites. Google's partners may also gather additional data, such as unique IDs, advertising IDs, geolocation data, usage data, device information, traffic data, referral sources, and interactions between users and websites or advertisements, to create audience segments for targeted advertising across different devices, browsers, and apps.

You can view Google's privacy policy here. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR SHARE YOUR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING.

3. Your Data Rights (GDPR & Privacy Laws)

Right to Access

You can view all gallery content you've uploaded. Locally stored data is accessible via your browser's developer tools (Storage > Local Storage).

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can delete locally stored data by clearing browser storage. For gallery content removal, contact us at [email protected] with the gallery item ID. We will delete within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

Right to Data Portability

Export your local projects as JSON files anytime. For gallery uploads, contact us for a data export (JSON format).

Right to Object

You can object to processing of your gallery uploads by requesting removal. Local processing happens entirely on your device under your control.

6. Sharing via Links

The "Share" feature encodes your voxel model directly into the URL (using compression). This means:

⚠️ ⚠️ Warning: Anyone with the share link can view your model. Share links carefully.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has uploaded personal information to the gallery (e.g., real name, photo), we will delete it immediately. Parents: please supervise children's use of the gallery upload feature.

8. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption and security best practices.

9. Data Retention
