1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using VoxelDraft, you agree to these Terms. You may use the editor without an account for local creation. An account is required for features such as private cloud save and authenticated gallery publishing.
2. The Service
VoxelDraft provides browser-based voxel creation, local project storage, exports, sharing features, a public community gallery, and optional private cloud storage. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
3. Local and cloud storage
Local projects are stored in your browser by default. Signing in does not automatically upload your existing local projects. A project is uploaded to private cloud storage only when you explicitly choose a cloud-save action. Cloud saves are associated with your authenticated account.
4. Your content and licenses
You retain ownership of original content you create. Private cloud projects remain private and are processed only as needed to provide storage and account features. If you publish a work to the public Gallery, you grant VoxelDraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, cache, display, and technically process that work for operation, promotion, moderation, and delivery of the Gallery.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish and for having all necessary rights. Do not use VoxelDraft for unlawful content, infringement, malware, harassment, spam, automated abuse, attempts to bypass security, denial-of-service activity, or other conduct that harms users or the Service.
6. Accounts and access
Authentication is provided through Clerk and may include third-party sign-in providers such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account. We may restrict or suspend account-dependent features when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.
7. Deletion and data loss
You may delete cloud projects through the Service when that feature is available. Local browser data may be lost if browser storage is cleared or the device is lost. Cloud storage improves portability but is not a substitute for your own backups. Export important work regularly.
8. Third-party services
VoxelDraft relies on service providers including Cloudflare for infrastructure and storage, Clerk for authentication, and Google services for analytics, advertising, or sign-in where enabled. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of data, or compatibility with every browser, device, or export destination.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxelDraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and other non-waivable law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Tokyo, Japan.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
