1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

We provide the following features:

Free online 3D voxel modeling tool with real-time editing
Community gallery for sharing and viewing creations
Image-to-voxel conversion functionality
Animation studio for creating GIF/video exports
Local browser storage for your projects
Export capabilities (OBJ, VOX, Minecraft Schematic formats)

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

YOU retain full ownership and copyright of all content YOU create using the Service. We claim no rights to your original creations. However, when you upload content to the public gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

Gallery Content License

By uploading to the gallery, you grant us permission to display your work publicly and allow other users to view (but not download or redistribute) your creations. You can request removal at any time by contacting us.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use the Service to:

Upload, create, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content (including hate speech, violence, pornography, or content exploiting minors)
Infringe on intellectual property rights (don't upload copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork without permission)
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others through gallery uploads or author names
Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to hack/disrupt the Service
Use automated bots or scripts to spam uploads, manipulate likes, or scrape data
Violate export control laws (e.g., sharing designs for weapons or illegal items)
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Upload content that violates third-party rights (including images you don't own)
Overload our servers or engage in denial-of-service attacks
Misrepresent yourself or provide false information in gallery submissions

5. Content Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any gallery content that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate. Repeat offenders may be blocked from uploading. We are not obligated to pre-screen uploads but may implement automated or manual moderation at our discretion.

Removal Process

If your content is removed, it may be due to: (1) violation of these terms, (2) copyright/DMCA claims, (3) user reports, or (4) legal requirements. We may delete content without prior notice. Removed content cannot be recovered. We are not required to provide explanations for removals.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Your browser storage can be cleared at any time (cache clearing, browser updates, etc.), causing permanent data loss. EXPORT YOUR WORK REGULARLY! We are not responsible for lost data.
Gallery content is user-generated. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of any user-uploaded content.
Export formats (OBJ, VOX, Minecraft Schematic) may have compatibility issues with third-party software. We do not guarantee perfect exports.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are NOT liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $0 (ZERO US DOLLARS).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ToolPark, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service interface (e.g., a banner notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service (including blocking IP addresses from uploading to the gallery) at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity. We may delete your gallery content upon termination. We are not liable for any consequences of termination.

Governed by Japanese law. Disputes resolved in Tokyo courts.
